Another good day!!! I did my 40 min workout and I stuck to my diet 100%. I am so proud of myself. I had to my watch my nephews today and I thought that I would find a way to use that as an excuse to not workout..but I didn't . YEA FOR ME!!!!!!!! Tomorrow we are ordering food at work. I plan on getting a salad but I don't plan using olive oil and vinegar so I know that I will be taking in more calories so I have to really step up my workout....Lord please help me stay in control tommorrow and not stray from my diet. Please keep me in the right path so that I can be sucessful..Thank You Jesus I know that this is only day three but I think this time may be different. I know that I will be at 200lbs in no time.Lord please continue to bless me and my diets... Sunday I am going to weigh in again and that is when I am going to decide if I am going to continue on the Fresh start diet for another week or switch off to the cabbage soup diet

OK , this is day two..the diet is fine didn't get a chance to eat all of my food today. I did remember to take my vitamin and I workout today on the bike for 40 min. I really didn't feel like working out but I knew that I would feel good about myself if I did. Lord please be with me on this.....I need your help I can't do it alone. Please continue to give me the the strength to press my way to see my way out this time. Help me to stay focus on any diet that I do. Please bless them so that they may work and that I will get the results that I am looking for. Please lift me up when I just feel like quitting and turning to food for comfort. Lord help me when it comes to exercising, help me stay focus and do what I need to do . God I need you .....
P.S Thank You for leading me to this website....

Today I started the Frest start diet and I worked out on the bike for 45 min. I am so proud of myself. Today is a good day for me. I hope to workout every day for the rest of the week. My goal is to stay off the scale until monday may 21. I will do the fresh start diet until 5-13 then I will start the cabbage soup diet 5-14 until 5-21. When I weigh in I hope to be 228lbs or less. Ok that doesn't sounds like a realistic goal so I will also say if I don't reach the 228lb or less mark then I would be happy with 230lbs....Lord Please work it out for me..............
