wow am i sore today yesterday exercise and the day before my body is letting me now maybe i pushed to hard. so now i am going to do beach body Monday Wednesday Friday and i am going to walk Tuesday Thursday Saturday. hope fully that will give my body some time to adjust. i guess even with all the work i did to get out of the wheelchair my body is not ready to exerciser so much everyday on top of cleaning and keeping my house running. i Finley have all my stuff to weigh and measure everything so i will be starting that tomorrow and see how it goes. with this food crap going on in the word dieting is going to be harder then ever because it going to be for a while eat what you can when you can get it. so this should be fun trying to change my life in the middle of all the shit that is happening in the world.

wow today work out was way harder then yesterdays but still very fun. i had to take several brake because i kept getting dizzy. now that i have the work out thing covered now i need to figure out what to cut out of my diet and what to add in. it is hard for me cause of my allergies can have fish cant have shell fish cant have mushroom and cant have a lot of different nuts. and poultry is hard for me to process i also cant have been or cooked veggies unless i want to get very very sick. so changing my diet is going to be hard. this year i am planting a garden so i will be able to get some of my own fresh veggies. but that will take a while. i am open to suggestion of some good stuff to change to. do know my husband and i are on a very tight budget right now so any thing i change has to work for both of us. i am also open to suggestion and how not to get dizzy when i work out.

well i jut did my first country heat 30 min and man can i know see how out of shape i really am. i love the fact the beach body has the mods for those of use that are really out of shape. my advice for any that is going to be doing it don't do it on the carpet you do not slide well on it. tomorrow i am going to be doing mine in the kitchen but so far it one of the better home work out sites i have been on. it defiantly made me sweat so that is good and it work out all part of your body. the beach body on demand has something for every level which is great for me because then as i lose weight and get better at working out then i can up my level. after this 30 day of country heat i am going to start beginner yoga. and hope fully one day do mma. if you looking for at home workout you should look it up. i did not know if i was going to like and yes i am going to hurt tomorrow but any work out i am going to hurt. i just spent the last two years in a wheelchair so being able to move again i great but it always going to hurt.

i hate when i get on the scale and i have gain weight. so today i am starting beach body on demand and i am going to start working out everyday but Sunday 30 min a day. i know it is going to hurt i know for a while 30 min is going to feel like forever but eventual it going to help. David and i are going to start heavy dieting again. with the lock down we have been eat what we can which has not been the best stuff and because we were bored we ate more then we should have which was really bad.so now both David and i have gain weight back but no longer are we going to do that not only am i starting beach body but i think i will start taking small walks every day to after Friday of course because i have to get sunscreen or i am going to burn sense i am so white. i really really want this dam weight off i am sick of being in pain all the time and i am sick of not being able to buy cloths were ever i want to find a specialty store for my weight sucks cloths there are always expensive and it sucks when we only have one income we cant afford cloths there so i am still wearing cloths i got years and years ago. i would love to get some new work out cloths but i will have to be okay with what i can find in the cloths i have because i can not afford to by new cloths until i can lose at least 75 lb.
