Well that was expect, Christmas, birthday and far too much food.
Back too it now starting on the huel again to help keep me on track.

Well to paint a picture for you, it was 3 degrees C and horizontal rain this morning and all I wanted to do was to stay under the duvet and keep hitting snooze on my alarm. However I managed to drag myself out of my pit and complete the second run of the week. I'm not going to weigh in this week as it's Christmas and I'm letting myself enjoy it.

Just completed week 2 of C25K. Week one was hard and at the start of it I thought there's no way I can run for that long. Start of week 2 and i was a bit sceptical that I could run for 90 seconds 7 times with a 2 minute break in between, but I've managed it not once but 3 times!
I can feel myself starting to think that I will get to a point that running 5k will be possible and its not to far away!

So I'm happy with this, I thought last week would have meant a gain of at least 2lbs. Well time for my 2nd run of the week and its chucking it down, not going to be fun.

So, I fell off the wagon last week, I spent the week eating everything I would normally avoid didn't go running. And yes I enjoyed every minute and every piece of cake I had.
Im back on track as of today, I will be logging everything I eat and even got up at 6am to start week 2 of C25K!
I will weigh in Wednesday and hope I've not done too much damage.
Hope you're all doing well and remember we all need a blow out every now and again just need to remember to get back on track and not let it take your focus off your goals.
