Okay, I did NOT get off to the started I wanted. I had every intention of following my diet over this weekend. However, Friday morning my boyfriend called to tell me his mom (whom I love dearly) had to be rushed to the ER via ambulance. It turns out she had a leak in her bile duct after having her gallbladder removed on Monday. We spent all day on Friday with her until late that night, which left my meal options open to the fast food joints closest to the hospital. The whole weekend pretty much turned out that way. But tomorrow is a new day. I'm planning on going for my first jog in a LONG time tomorrow morning, and then I'm taking one of my dogs to the dog park with my cousin for the day. That means many hours of throwing balls and running to find it when my dog decides she's too good for a good ol' fashioned game of fetch.
Please help me stay accountable for this!

Okay, I'm back! I got off track for a while, but I must say, it was completely worth a couple extra pounds. After 18 months, I found out my boyfriend had been cheating on me for at least a year. I had been very unhappy with him for some time though, and the breakup actually gave me a feeling of relief, of freedom. I met someone new very quickly, within two weeks, and suddenly I was going out every night, going out to dinner, the movies, everywhere, and there was always food involved. We've been together for almost 3 months now and the stress of school is starting to kick in again. It's time to get back on track and get down to a healthy weight.
I think having some specific goals in mind will help so here are a few and my reasons:
1: Get back to my previous weight of 183.4 within two weeks. I figure before I set my ultimate goal weight gain, I should get back to what I was before.
2: Start running again. I loved that feeling, and now that its fall, it's cool enough that I can't use the heat as an excuse not to.
3: Get naked and not care. It drives my boyfriend crazy that I'm so insecure about my body. He loves my curves, and I want to be comfortable enough to love them too!
Okay, time to kick some butt!
