Well I didnt do so good last night. Did great all day until dinner time came around, even ended up having a drink with my husband after he came home from work & forgot to do my exercises. In addition I went up a little cuz I think evil mother nature is right around the corner. Oh well guess today is a new day right!

Well I tried really hard to do the 50/50/50 last night, but was not as successful as I would like to have been. Did 50 crunches, 50 backups (thats even if Im doing them the right way which I dont think I am), and am sad to say only did 10 situps. Today is a new day so maybe I'll start with the situps first tonight.

Not really sure what happened with my weight gain since yesterday,stayed under 21 carbs... oh well todays another day...

I am so frustrated... I keep switching back and forth between slim fast and atkins. Dont really know which one is better. I try to stick with slim fast but shakes for breakfast and lunch is hard. I usually still feel hungry so thats when I alternate over to aktins so then I eat but watch my carbs. I'm probably confusing my body by switching back and forth. Anyone out there have some advice????
