i cant wait to get my ketosis diet book. i ordered online through barnes & noble. i love that bookstore. if anyone tries them you can order online or go in. they have a large selection of all the latest books ( on diet, etc.)

i took all of your advice. im doing it naturally w diet. i ordered the ket reset diet book by mark sisson. i hope the food isnt too expensive or maybe its cheaper to cook but food has gone up in price but im still gonna try it. i cant wait. thanks guys

i had to quit my job but when i was going through the training i was stopping for fast food as i was working 2 jobs & out all day. i know. thats excuses. ive got the info. youall gave me about fasting. im gonna look into it. my job was as an interviewer but it was almost like telemarketing. also, i wasnt getting enough sleep which probably isnt good either. im gonna get back on track. thanks for the support everyone. xxxooo
