accidentally took morning pills with cold water, so got nauseous for a few hours, it seemed to trigger it, anyway.
at 3 pm feel completely stuffed, feel like i am choking, cannot imagine eating any more food at all today although i will probably try.
it looks like i might get closer to RDI today! i thought i'd try a smoothie and it added some good protein and calories.

i was awake most of the night with nausea. so far feel okay this morning, about to slowly sip some warm herb broth.
nausea peaks every few hours, can't tell what the trigger is. acupuncture this morning helped stomach pain.

pretty good day GI-wise. had a headache so cancelled some plans and stayed in. cooked and froze some red beans and some 'refried' beans...ate some for breakfast and lunch. saved some out to make red beans and rice.
sudden nausea around 8:30 pm. I'm not certain of a trigger, but had recently drank a cup of warm decaf green tea with lemon balm/lemon myrtle, so my stomach felt very full. got the chokey throat thing at the same time. It's a mystery.
Tomorrow I'm gallery-sitting, and will have time to call and make an appointment with my GI doc's associate to discuss a way I could perhaps eat to reduce GI symptoms.

a.m. nausea went away after eating. feel like my macro is showing more fat than i'm eating as i didn't put sour cream in my borscht but am too lazy to work out the actual nutrition facts.
i'm thinking of eating a lot of soup to see if giving my stomach a little break helps at all. i'm also planning on freezing some so that there's always something there to warm up when i don't feel like really cooking. so! i have already frozen some white bean soup, some borscht. today i made a greens and herb (blended) soup, and some nice slow-cooked herb broth.
as of 4 pm, no cramps or nausea since this morning. yay!
choking feeling in throat after evening pills, water was a bit cold.
