Ok, so walking was a bust, did drink water today, but not much, and certainly not as much as I was in the habit of drinking last week, but work has been extremely stressful, and full of changes, so I'm cutting myself some slack. Just got to keep trying!

Scale popped back up about a lb it looks like, and i haven't exercised all week, but i've lost inches. going to try to walk today, it was a good habit until the heatwave, ankle sprain, and corporate visit... i also haven't been drinking my water the last few days. need to fix that today as well! had an iced coffee and giant diet coke yesterday and i was buzzed from the caffeine. crazy, when you have that stuff everyday you don't see its effects like you do after a few weeks pretty much without it

The scale's still not moving, but my super tight jeans feel a bit more comfortable today, so I guess I'm making at least some progress.

Just trying to truck along for now. I need a newer more accurate scale because it's a dial scale and you have to readjust it back to zero after just about every weigh in. Days at work have been easier, and this weekend it was easy to watch my caloric intake (Actually, I ate less calories than I probably should have). I didn't take a free day this weekend because I was supposed to go to White Castle's with some girls from work for lunch, but we're going to have to post pone til next week. Still, I may treat myself one day this week. Keeping my fingers crossed that by the end of the week I'll get below 160. That would be awesome!
