Ok - so new goal - WITH A REWARD.
A Friend at work and I have agreed that if we lose 10 pounds by Memorial Day weekend we are going to reward ourselves with an out of town shopping trip to an outlet mall about 3 hours drive away.
It's game on. I need goals and rewards like these to keep myself going.

Gonna be a busy, busy week - Hang on!
Little tired this morning. Did well with diet/exercise yesterday and gonna do the same again today.
Lacrosse games and Prom this week. Hopefully dinner with some friends on Saturday.
I'm just gonna do the best I can and take it one day at a time.

Gettin' back in the groove after the cruise!
I ate, I saw, I ate some more. I think I have put on about 2 1/2 pounds. My goal is to take that back off by the end of the month - April 30th.
I have what feels like 26 loads of laundry to do at home and everyone's suitcases to empty/put away. I hope to get that taken care of by the end of the weekend.
Right now I'm at work and very tired - I call it the "vacation hang-over". I'm going to start recording everything I eat again today and get back to exercising daily. Happy Friday!

New Low Weigh-in on Saturday. Go me.
Couldn't bear to weigh-in today, I know it's going to be bad. I don't think I was terrible on Saturday but I think it's really hard to tell when you don't cook the food yourself to know exactly what's in it. Only 1 tiny piece of desert.
I did get to see my 2 1/2 year old triplette nephews though and that made it worth while.

Another Loss!
Walked again for 1 hour last night. Still nervous about not putting on any weight this weekend. Hopefully will keep losing.
