made a pan of nut bars...wanted a nut snack so started experimenting finally got a pan of bars that hold together and taste good but don't know if it is really a success...made an 8X8 pan, cut into 16 bars...entered the recipe in WW and came up with 5 points per bar...well, nuts are high point items so that shouldn't surprise me..going to be freezing most of the pan..1 a day as a treat will be the limit

Busy day yesterday-dentist, shopping, dog to the vet- didn't have lunch, late dinner still haven't found agar-agar check all the grocery stores close (within 25 miles,close is a relative term in Alaska) may have to wait for an Anchorage shopping trip...there are health food and whole food stores there that should carry agar-agar. Maybe next week...one day up over night in hotel make the rounds of stores see what I can find..oh and a quick trip to Costco...can't miss that lol then the 3 1/2 trip have to watch the weather, make sure the pass through the mountains is clear, should be haven't had much snow and too cold for avalanches

Made Seitan "corned beef" doesn't really taste like corned beef so I labeled the recipe "sandwich meat"...ate it on a rice cake with mustard, pretty good going to try and make a chickpea flatbread for sandwiches
WW weigh in day feel good about 293 firmly in the 2's been bouncing around a bit but steadily down...up a 1/2 down a lb..the FOK food choices seem to be working good
