Moon here. So! I ate just once each on Thursday and Friday. My Wednesday shift, my lunch was technically at midnight so I entered for Thursday but it was "Wednesday food" if that makes sense. Still tracking, other than herbs and spices I put on food as seasoning. Within the next ten days I should be ready to go to keto-only. I want to get the tracking part of my habits first.
I think dinner tonight will be scrambled eggs and bacon. I'll try with spinach or with fish as was recommended to me by FSers here.

Moonrose here. I'm so glad that tonight's my Friday. Yesterday we were absolutely swamped and I have lots of stuff to do tomorrow. Meal prep, library, cleaning, I was thinking of feeding some friends. I make all these weird soups but I've grown fond of a couple weird ones.
I tried an atkins dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. Mine is much better but I also find it impossible to portion control for the time being.

I'm going to take in several bottled waters to work after writing my name on them to store in my desk. No soda, no soda, no soda!

I was pretty upset earlier. I put several bottles of water in my desk at work to keep from buying soda. Instead of trying to fight my laziness (bring water and tea to work) I decided to start just getting water within arm's reach.
Well someone went through and took my last few. I ended up buying a soda at work today. I can use the empty bottle to refill with tap water. I have lots more water bottles in the trunk of my car, but I'm going to have to ask about how to get a key or something for my desk.

For Saturday, I basically had a fasting day because I refused to buy any takeout but I hadn't planned my meal to take to work. My stomach is grumbling so it's time plan Sunday's meals!
edit: Sunday's over. I didn't stick to keto much less my ideal intake, but I managed to track my foods! This is a win for me. I should be accustomed to tracking my foods and not eating anything from restaurants within a week or two. Once making my own food is second nature again, then I plan to start keto-only.
