Ok I'm at the end of my lovely 2nd week. It's been a long two weeks of uncertainty and a pinch of doubt on just counting calories program diet on FatSecret guidance, But this program keep me in check with my food intake and activities plus all the wonderful support from all. Thanks 'ya👊🏾😊

I'm more energetic. I'm encouraged to do more. I can control my urge for food. My taste bud is not demanding. I eat my prepared food and I'm done!!
It used to be even when I felt full I was still wanting something more to eat. I'm just so happy to be at this point of my life where I can tell myself no and stick to it. After a while the urge goes away.

I'm doing it!😱but by no means will I say it's easy. I'm often coaching myself out of the extras that I don't need and encouraging the body to put in a bonus workout. It's just the second week. I'm also still determine🤗
