So that was yesterdays weight. yesterday was my love's bday and I didn't over eat despite all the amazing food places we went to (i <3 bakeries). My body didn't like the reintroducing of meat yesterday--i had heartburn all night and i didnt eat that much either. But today i am back to eating super carby things need to work on balancing that better. My appetite seems better today :) but the carbs are so not filling enough.
I will try not to gain all the illness lost me over Christmas but I am still waiting on TOM. I took a P-test and no baby signals--so we will see. it feels a little different this time. I am actually more scared than excited at the possibility that this lateness could mean something. I am bummed though that my cycle is so far off again though. I had been doing good the past few months keeping the cycles within a couple days of each other. Today i am on day 37 thats almost 7 day longer cycle if comes today than last month. not happy with that. also the biggest leap i have had increasing cycles in the past 18 months is 6 days. sooo. *sigh*

Got really sick yesterday--all of that weight loss from being that freaking sick. It was scary. So glad I am on the mend. Now back to studying. oh but yay for being under 300 for the first time in months. Hate the method that got me there though. HATE THROWING UP. tmi sorry.

Argh. I need to get some gone before my TOM shows up which it is bound to do in the next week or so--Must be good this week. Must gym tonight! and then try for Wednesday depending on plans that night But definitely Thursday and Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday. Final Tuesday but Wednesday night should be doable and Thursday-Friday next week. How many days is that--that is possible 10 visits which is ideal. *sigh* I miss feeling desire and motivation about this. I want to be strong and I want to be smaller. I need to remember how to do this.
