Dream on?
My little sister’s wedding is 9 weeks from Saturday. I would like to weigh what I weighed for my little brother’s wedding back on 9/17/11 by the time of her wedding on June 1st. On the day of my brothers wedding, I have it recorded I weighed 291.6. I want to push myself and aim for 289 (out of 290’s would be an awesome way to start the summer technically I think this is doable. If I stay within the calorie goal I have for myself I should lose 2 lbs a week. And if I can burn 1000 calories everyday technically that should also lose 2 lbs a week (it is said a 3500 calorie deficit will lose 1 lb). I can totally do this. I can. I just need to focus and eat better. And walk around a lot a lot. And getting to the gym would help too. I think I should get one of those fitbit things or something that will tell my how many calories I am burning. HRM’s kinda annoy me because I am not a watch wearer. Will need to look into that. We will see how this goes.

Havent been feeling well since yesterday afternoon. I am thinking I at some lettuce that has left my tummy unhappy.

I am way more thrilled than the average girl about getting my period. But yay it is here. That is about all the good news I have today.
