The 262 was an afternoon weight so there really wasn't any weight loss. That two little creamers last night sent the b.s. up to 140 this morning.

Morning B.S. 128. Yeah. Maybe that Banaba Extract is actually helping. That is over a 40 point drop from last night. Might need to eliminate the raw honey from tea. :( Weigh in tomorrow, don't expect much weight loss.

B.S. 139 this morning. Took the Banaba extract and while it caused a bit of a headache and extreme dry mouth during the night, this mornings readings are good. Will take it again tonight. Discovered eating an apple yesterday made my b.s. rise about 40 points. I guess fruit is off the list.

Need to get fats down, yet keep protein up and carbs low. B.S. 159 in a.m., but then down to 130 at 10 after breakfast. Hoping by adding Banaba Leaf pill to my night time vitamins that morning B.S. will be even lower. Will only take Banaba for 1 week, then give it a 4 week break, replacing it with Gymnema for 1 week. Moving on to Vanadyl for 1 week. Always taking Chromium every night too. See what kind of reactions I have.
