I have been MIA for a couple of weeks.
Went to Disney last week, stayed on Keto for the first day or so, but fell off pretty quickly. Had TONS of fun and really enjoyed my vacation! Came back and, despite walk 3-5 times more per day than normal, I stepped on the scale, up 5.5lbs 😳 I believe I was dehydrated most of the time I was there and strongly suspect most of that gain was water weight.
Went back to strict Keto this week and am proud to say I've lost all that I gained, plus another pound.
Not that I suggest abandoning all efforts while on vacation, but if there is a setback, just get back on that horse and work hard, you can get back on track!

I'm just bouncing between the same 1.5 lbs this week. Trying to find the best way to keep my magnesium & potassium levels up, I've not been getting enough & I think it's contributing to the nausea I've been feeling.
Keep looking forward, right?

My stomach has been unhappy with me and I'm getting bored with eating the same foods. Going to change it up a little.
Making a loaded cauliflower bake to use for meals this week and some cream cheese stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños.
I can't stand even the smell of steak or burgers, at this point. Time for some chicken thighs. Any Keto-friendly meal/recipe ideas for chicken thighs? I'm ready for something new. :)

Holiday weekend! With the hubby's work schedule, we don't have any BBQ plans, so I can avoid the side dish temptations.
One more week until Disney!!! Yay!!!!

As I suspected, moving back to my normal schedule caused a bit of a gain. The weekend threw me way off. I'm finally feeling "normal" today, so staying on track shouldn't be too difficult, now.
