I go through some days where I am just so darned motivated to lose weight and I follow the plan to the T and I exercise my butt off and then the other days...my motivation gets lost somewhere in the stress and headaches of daily life...which for some reason, regardless of how good intentioned, tend to be more than the motivated days...I actually had a couple of fleeting moments while pigging out on a plate of spaghetti that I had just got my tax return...maybe I could check in to having liposuction done...I know! I know! Totally crazy! How do I get myself on the right track and really stay on it?
