Wow Crystal! I haven't talked to you in a while. You are doing so good. At your weight, .8 is great. Your chart is really looking good...going down steadily. No rush, you're doing it the right way and making life changes. Hope your health has improved. It wasn't that long ago that we were both newbies. It's nice that we are both still here taking this seriously. So many people don't stick it out. I'm proud of both of us!
