today is my birthday and i had already been thinkin of ways to cheat a little but ya know you wake up with a weight gain and nope! i am not cheating !instead i am going hicking...havent done that since i was 16 we shall see how it goes!

Happy, happy birthday, and have fun hiking. Make sure you take plenty of water, some low carbs snacks, and have a blast. You will thank yourself for sticking to it come Monday!!

didn't get to go hicking...instead they wanted to take me out to eat! lol i declined and told them why so every one went out to eat i stayed home and cooked...madaged to get every thing preped for today and had nothing more that a lick of a spoon to check for flavor but i made sure it was a lick not a bite! ha ha i enjoy cooking so much it is good to know there are some things i am not giving up and i made sure to put deviled eggs on the menu!
