I’m happy that you’re starting again. It’s okay! Life happens and we handle things the best we can. Start fresh. You can do it!

Why did you quit if it is your dog that was sick?

My logical guess would be when life is stressful, such as caring for a sick pet or loved one, we tend to put their needs ahead of our own because of the circumstance. Please try to be understanding and compassionate for others. Auntytrainy - keep moving forward. 💕

Vaslopoula— if your comment was in response to mine, I was actually wondering if her dog was a service animal and she needed it for that purpose. Some people still hike who have low vision with the use of a service animal. Sorry if I worded it wrong, but have compassion and don’t jump to conclusions.

You're all over this! Just attach it like a holiday buffet LOL! Cut yourself some slack. And I hope your dog is better :)

Hope your dog is feeling better. And your gain is not unusual for the holidays. At least you know what to do.

Thanks everybody. Unfortunately bindi had an illness that was incurable and she took a turn for the worse. Heartbroken but I knew it was coming and we had a wonderful few months before she passed. I need to start journaling my food again but am having a hard time making the commitment.

That is so hard to loose a pet, they play such a large role in so many people’s lives. I’m very sorry.
