I knew this week's weigh-in was going to suck. I've been emotional-stress eating most of the week. I'm going to try harder this week to eat well and to try to put the brakes on the stress eating.

The plus side of the new job is that I am drinking less tea and am drinking about 8-12 pints of water a day now instead. Downside is lunch is only 1/2 an hour so I can't really eat & go for a walk--and getting home later makes me really just want to fall into bed, though on thursday & friday I went for a walk as soon as I got home & changed clothes. Am now leaving my "walking" clothes in the front room so I can change & head out without actually going any further into the house (and running the chance of not going!)

Anyway, I want to be back to 208 next week, or preferably 207 but I'll take what I can get!
