The best way - the only way for me - to lose weight is to stay busy. As long as I just sit I will constantly think of what I’m not eating, what I’m going to eat, what I should eat. The only way for a diet to succeed for me is to get busy and concentrate on something else - then the weight comes off almost without trying. I was so hungry most of the day because I didn’t have time to stop and didn’t have time to think about it. At the end of the day I only had time for 3 Taco Bell taco’s for dinner . Two would have sufficed but I’ve promised myself I’ll always eat more than 1000 calories a day unless I go to an intermittent fasting diet. The pounds aren’t melting off by any means, but they’re coming off and I don’t feel deprived and I’m not thinking about what I’m not eating.
