Other than some temporary water weight gain from running I’ve been at 136ish for well over a month. I’ll have a few cheat days coming up but if the scale doesn’t drop soon I’m going to have to readjust my thinking on calories . Which seriously sucks because it would mean living pretty much on a diet from here on out or getting fat again which I shouldn’t do because of health reasons. I’d anticipated getting to a point with 5 days on and 2 off - which is perfect since I generally enjoy healthy food with occasional cheat days. Fingers crossed the scale drops even if just a pound.
