So I originally reached my goal back in 2007 but now am back up weighing
more than I've ever weighed in my adult life, not counting during my two pregnancies. I am looking fwd to the Winter Metamorphosis Challenge. I would love to lose 30 but I will be happy with 20 to 25. I have been struggling with an injured back for the majority of August and part of September so I am slowly and carefully making my way back into the gym.
Yesterday was a good day and I hope to repeat it again today....
