Good workout this morning, though I think I probably overdid it a little on my breakfast. Mostly because I didn't really want to eat quite that much, but oh well.
P90X - Chest & Back this morning was good, I pushed myself pretty hard and can barely raise my arms. Ab Ripper X totally nuked me again, but this time I did all of the Mason Twists (woot!!).
And for the first time in a while, I didn't gain any weight after the weekend.
Pretty good start to the week if you ask me.
19.7% BF (I've decided this isn't correct, finally dragged the new scale from the boot of the Focus and I'll get a reading from that one and go from there.)
