I weighed in YESTERDAY ON FEBRUARY 28, 20014 at 404 lbs. and I am very satisfied with the way things are going. I have had some headaches, maybe do to the drastic change in my diet. I use to drink a lot of soda, so maybe the lack of caffeine and possibly sugar could cause the headaches do to the addiction of those substananes, mainly caffiene! I hope next weeks weigh-in that I BREAK OUT OF THE FOUR HUNDREDS!
