I did it. Ah Yea I did it. I did it. I did it. HOORAY!!! It was a little over 7 weeks. 15 lbs in 7 weeks. I am really pleased with Fat Smash. This has been pretty easy. I love Fruits and veggies so that wasn't a big hurdle to overcome. This plan was simple. Even if I did indulge in my cake, all I had to do is pick up where I left off. Exercise on a regular basis and watch what we eat. This will definately be a lifestyle for me. I'm going to stick at 120 for a couple of weeks to maintain. I will then try for 118. I am 5'4" so I can afford to drop 2 to 4 more lbs. I'm going to try and focus more on weight training along with my cardio. This will hopefully turn my flab into fab. Anyway, I encourage you all to keep Smashing. It is highly likely that if you stick to the plan and don't let one slip up throw you off that you will definately reach your target weight. I can't remember how I found this site, but I'm so glad I did. You all have been a great support system. After a whole year of being at 135 with the support of you all I have reached my goal. Thank You All!!!!!
