I have finally dropped under the 400 lbs. range. I am very happy with the way my diet is going! I still have a long journey in front of me, but at least I have started on the right path towards my goal weight. I just need to remember that I have to take this one day at a time! I know I can do this and I will do this! I did not gain this wait over night, and I know it takes time and self control to get what you want out of life, know matter what it is in life that you are trying to accomplish.
