I may not have met my 2.5 pounds challenge this week, but I feel good! And I am determined to get up and move and burn more calories than I take in! In the last 3 months I lost 25 pounds fairly easy... and when I found this website and this challenge I had hit a plateau. I am determined to get over this hump and keep losing! Any suggestions for getting through a plateau would be appreciated.

Reading others journals and tips have really helped encourage me to keep going. Thanks... and I look forward to sharing this weight loss journey with all of you!

You are doing great. Dont make my mistake and eat less than 1200 a day. It's a big no-no. We are here not to lose weight but to get healthy. It might take longer but it will come off without harm for your health. As long as you are losing - you are doing fine. Congratulations on your already 25 lbs loss!!!
