I just took the R100 /month leap and worked out a meal plan for myself that seams a bit more normal and do-able than the one I got from an outside source. My weight -loss has also stagnated with this program, which is a bit upsetting. I have decided to not so much focus on what I eat, but specifically on my calories and eating habits. Hoping the results are more consistent, because I kinda like eating real, natural food
