I’m going to stop documenting food for awhile and just go by feel so I can get used to knowing what I can eat without depending on an app. If the scale starts creeping up I’ll start documenting calories again. Even losing 1 pound a month is a win so I was happy to see the scale went down and not up.

Same here. I just decided today I'm going to stop calorie tracking and try to just eat healthy and see how it goes. Calorie tracking is starting to feel almost childish for me for some reason.
