Unfortunately not... due to health reasons I battle with knees and feet... the best exercise I can do is walking.. anyway no gym in myittle village whete I live... I guess I will have to increase my walking..

No that’s perfect 🤩 I just needed to know 😊 your ability and what to recommend. Start off slow, week by week, everyday, 1 day rest, walk 2k everyday, make a nice route and each week go up by 1K, till you on 5k a day. After doing 5k every day for a month, you will honestly see results and loose weight, not like 10kg kinda thing 😅I wish !!
