Hit the goal weight I set for myself last August!! Whoo hoo. Down 82.3 pounds. 😀 But that was an estimate based on my age, what the charts say, and the amount of exercise I put in etc. I have come a long way and think I am pretty close, but looking at myself in the mirror, objectively I think I have another 15 or 20 pounds I can trim. So going to reset my goal from 225 to 205 (started at 307). It is coming off more slowly now, but I am going to keep at it! 😀
