Interesting..
i need to re-evaluate my workouts and the how frequently I am eating.
I do not want to slow my metabolism down.
Any help in the comments would be much appreciated🙏🏾

Just saw another person post “if the scale isn’t moving, the tape measure is.” Sounds like your work outs and calories are good, so keep that going to see if it works over the next few weeks. For the reason you stated (metabolism), I wouldn’t go below 1200 intake. I noticed when I diet, about every four weeks I go backward. It seems to correct itself the next week. All being said, I’m really a beginner, so I’m curious what the advanced people would advise?

I should’ve added, I always heard to eat small frequently, to keep your metabolism up. But the weight loss doctor said that’s incorrect, as it actually keeps your sugar spiked. Anyone know who’s right?

Here’s how a metabolism gets slowed down. Loss of fats will affect a little, loss of muscle will affect a little more. What really matters tho is your daily activity. If you are in such a deficit that you become more sedentary from tiredness then it’s counterproductive
