Ate like I was dying all weekend. Not too much damage done however.
I think most of the weight gain is from the copious amounts of water I drank this morning while working out.
Shorts are fitting a bit looser and I'm almost ready to go down one belt notch... w00t!
Added in heavier weights for half of my circuit this morning. Not too bad, but I definitely feel like I got my butt kicked. Still feel great though.
Smoked a few cigarettes over he weekend, none today though. Next weekend I am going to go light on the beer and hopefully the temptation to smoke will be next to nothing.
