Ate too much over the weekend again, but still did better than last weekend. Really only up 2 lbs over Friday's weight, but road-tripping will do that to ya.
Gardetto's (evil), Gummi Sharks, Sunflower Seeds, and Jerky on the road. Combine that with good ol' western Kansas home cookin and it's really amazing I only gained 2 lbs.
Either way, this weekend it's light on beer, and light on snacky foods.
I think I can hit 189 by Friday, if I can, I will be one happy camper.
