The last couple of months have been a real hell. I've been emotional eating, stress eating & grief eating. I'm finally starting to come to terms with my loss and yesterday was the day I decided to get back on the scale and see how much damage all the unrestrained, unhealthy and out of bounds eating has done.
I'm now weighing in at 221. I'm not at all pleased with that and I have started (as of yesterday when I did the weigh in) to try to get back into the correct eating habits. I'm 5 pounds heavier now than I was at my last weigh in. So I figure that if I watch what I eat this week, move my ass a bit more (only slightly complicated by the fact I fell down the stairs on sunday) I should be able to take it off in the next 2 weeks.
Hope so anyway. It would do a lot for my state of mind.
