I would have liked to get under 200 by new years day. With the holidays whizzing by, I lost my focus. I forgive myself, I'm only human afterall. And as I said before, I just really love sweet potatoes. :)
New year's resolutions! Simple and attainable!
1. Make lists of books and movies I'd like to watch. 2. Take up a hobby. 3. Arrange a sleeping schedule. 4. Manage time optimally. 5. Learn to assess and filter relationships. 6. Have a balanced diet. 7. Exercise a little. 8. Meditate! 9. Save up for a trip. 10. Love myself.
