Thank you for being so transparent on your journal. You are SO right that changing our mindset is the only way to achieve our goals. I was the type who had my foot on first trying to steal second. I also didn't want to own that my choices led me to where I am now. Thank you for your journal, for expressing my heart, and for encouraging me to courageously transform my mind.
ps - I'm from CA too...Pasadena :) I sure do miss home!
