Well I still have my postal job and I'm walking 9 miles a day!! I bit extreme I know but I get paid to exercise 😅
I have between eating a lot more though, so that has to stop.
I have been trying to find a hack, system, influencer of loosing weight without too much effort, it does not exist,
Its about hard work and ACCOUNTABILITY, It's about a daily struggle which will be there forever.
I need to get out of my comfort zone where nothing grows and fight the good fight. it will take me to dark places I won't like, like hunger and hard work. I need to be ACCOUNTABLE...its me who put me in this situation and its me who's going to get me out

I think the brain just wants to steer you out of discomfort and you have to get uncomfortable to get accountable to yourself.
It's hard work dieting and excercising but that's what it takes....no Book, YouTube video, Twitter post is going to show you how to do this in an easier way, (I have looked for them 😀)
