174.4, just a little bump up this morning. Not too bad, at least I'm still below 175, which is nice. Dreading tomorrow (kinda), company November birthday lunch and were having Calzones from Minsky's Pizza. I love their Calzones, but I don't think there's ANY possible way to eat one, or even part of one, without destroying my caloric intake for the day. Oh well, gotta indulge a little sometimes, right? I'll just have to keep my breakfast and dinner light.
