the weigh in is after a day of normal eating not the see food eat it thing. I did step on the scale yesterday and it said 135, plus my joints hurt like the h**l that's a really good indication that I had consumed way too much salt over my "throw it to the wind weekend". my joints are still a little tender this morning but it is going to take a couple days for everything to flush out. that is just how my system is. I believe the worst of my slump is over. so now is the time to get up, dust myself off and continue forward. hope everyone has a healthy, happy and safe week.
