okay so I made a few mistakes on the weekend. I ate too much, didn't drink enough fluids went overboard on salt :( , and recorded zip, zero, ziltch on here. so yeah oops.. however it's a new week and I did do some good stuff this weekend. like walking, walking and more walking. enjoyed the spring like weather, and got a few extra things done around home. so sort of a balance of the good and the bad. besides there is the off chance that the extra weight is water retention. ;) hope everyone has a successful week.
