happy Easter weekend. I knew I had eaten alot yesterday but holy cow not that much. but it's okay because I know dang well with all the running around I did at work yesterday I definitely burned alot of calories. well that is my story and that is what I am sticking too. plus I was out all morning with hubby doing errands, do maybe that helped. :) I am however still trying to decrease my sodium intake and it's way harder then I thought it would be. BUT I'll do it.. just one shake at a time.
I hope everyone has an amazing Easter weekend. remember everything in moderation, and if you are severely craving something it is better to have a small portion now rather than a full out binge later.
