175.6, slowly getting back down again.
I made the shocking realization last night that my wife and I had shopped for so many fresh and lean foods that I was actually having a hard time getting my calorie intake up. It's a good problem to have I suppose, but I need to learn to start eating bigger breakfasts and lunches since I can't bank on a larger dinner to bump my intake up.
I also wonder how many lbs in muscle I've put on, my best guess is 3-5 lbs, which is great. I still want to get my body fat percentage down more, just to see if I can do it.
