I've added fasting and intermittent fasting to my arsenal. Rereading The Obesity Code by Jason Fung. Broke my fast this morning when I went out to breakfast with my cousins. I had coffee, half-and-half, eggs, and bacon, so I'm still LCHF and my hunger has not returned.
