Ramped up the treadmill time to watch a full episode of Buffy/Angel, they're a fantastic distraction. Mostly eating salads for lunch and have been on a zucchini noodle craze and have been doing a normal tomato sauce with ground chicken and turkey or doing a chicken alfredo. Delish!

On top of the 45 to 50 min jog sesh in the mornings I've been going for walks in the evening as well. Spend less time on the couch, spend less time doing unhealthy things 😊

I am happy to say that as of this (unofficial) weigh in, I am currently the biggest loser in my work weight loss challenge with over 12 pound lOSS and 4.79% from the first weigh in. There is someone behind me at 4.73 so it's pretty tight! If I don't win the final weigh in, I will still have won with the loss.

Feeling pretty dang good!
