Today was a good day. I went for a 1.8 km walk in 25 minutes. The amazing thing is that normally about 40 steps into walking I get severe pain in my right hip - obviously inflammation.
Today, I walked for the first time in a very long time, and I felt GREAT! I only felt some mild hip pain in my last 200m. Super stoked!!
I ate well and hit my target of 2000 steps for first time. In fact, I am now going to bed and I am on 4310 steps for the day - Wooohooo!
