Ok.....so as much as i am an introvert..... I am going to share the health journey i am on. I am on this journey with my 12 year old son who id overweight. I want to teach him that healthy living can be fun and delicious!!!! SO, Every meal i make is to inspire him and entice his taste buds so he can understand what great taste minus the guilt, feels like!!! I want him to create healthy memories....so he can create health consciousness, something I was never taught.

I commend you for this. I highly recommend Jamie Oliver's 30 minutes meal cookbook. We've been cooking from it for years and every recipe is delicious. You just have to invest in a good quality food processor which doesn't need to be expensive.
