Need to get fats down, yet keep protein up and carbs low. B.S. 159 in a.m., but then down to 130 at 10 after breakfast. Hoping by adding Banaba Leaf pill to my night time vitamins that morning B.S. will be even lower. Will only take Banaba for 1 week, then give it a 4 week break, replacing it with Gymnema for 1 week. Moving on to Vanadyl for 1 week. Always taking Chromium every night too. See what kind of reactions I have.
